The Central Election Commission (CEC) conducted the next session chaired by Mr.Mazahir Panahov on September 13, 2024. Firstly, the session minute of the Commission dated 11 September 2024 was approved.

Later, the appeals entered the Central Election Commission in regard with the election dispute resolution in the early Elections to the Milli Majlis held on September 1, 2024 were reviewed at the session. The applications submitted to the meeting in the period and in the manner prescribed by the election legislation, relevant decisions were made after extensive discussion with the participation of interested subjects and applicants.

As a result of fully transparent, objective and comprehensive investigation of the applications received by the commission and the information obtained from various sources, in 11 polling stations where elections to the Milli Majlis were held - No. 21 Nasimi - No. 30 of Binagadi constituency, No. 70 of Neftchala constituency No. 24, 27, 34, 35, 48 and taking into account the circumstances that did not allow determining the will of the voters in polling stations Nos. 49, 86 and No. 7 and No. 97 of Tartar-Aghdara-Goranboy electoral district of Aghjabedi electoral district and which contradicted the requirements of the Election Code, it considered the results of voting in those polling stations invalid.

At the end of the meeting, which was promptly covered by members of the media, current issues were also discussed.
