The Central Election Commission (CEC) conducted the next session chaired by Mr.Mazahir Panahov on September 12, 2024.

Later, the appeals entered the Central Election Commission in regard with the election dispute resolution in the early Elections to the Milli Majlis held on September 1, 2024 were reviewed at the session. In the meeting, which was also attended by interested subjects, detailed information was given about the comprehensive, objective and transparent investigation process conducted with the direct participation of the applicants themselves. Then, as a result of the extensive discussion of the members of the Commission, appropriate decisions were made regarding the appeals, which were processed promptly, within the time frame and in the order provided by the legislation, in order to ensure the electoral rights of the citizens more efficiently.

At the session of the CEC current issues were also discussed.
