Address to Azerbaijani citizens of Armenian origin living in the areas of the Republic of Azerbaijan under occupation

By the Order of President of the Republic of Azerbaijan dated on July 4, 2005, third call Elections to the Milli Majlis of the Republic of Azerbaijan were appointed on November 6, 2005. Notwithstanding their nationality, every facility shall be formed for all citizens of our country having suffrage in order to express their will independently pursuant to Articles 2 and 56 of the Constitution of the Republic of Azerbaijan. On this occasion, in response to the Address of Central Election Commission to the voters of the Khankendi Con.EC # 122 and Shusha-Fuzuli-Khojali-Khojavend Con.EC # 124, appeals are sent by Azerbaijani citizens of Armenian origin and of other origins living in these areas and wishing to participate in elections. In this aim, Central Election Commission calls Armenians living within the territory of Nagorno Karabakh and all citizens of the Republic of Azerbaijan of other origins to participate in the voting during the forthcoming elections by enjoying their constitutional rights.
