With the aim of conducting pre-election campaign in mass media during the Elections to the Milli Majlis of the Republic of Azerbaijan on November 1, 2015 registered candidates from more than 60 single-mandate constituencies of political parties, blocs of political parties will be allocated free airtime and space of publication in the following mass media:

* Public TV and Radio Broadcasting Company

* "Azerbaijan”

* "Khalg gezeti”

* "Bakinski rabochi” newspapers

Organizations mentioned above, as well as other TV and radio companies and periodicals making a decision on availability paid airtime or space for print with the aim of conducting pre-election campaign should send relevant notifications to the Central Election Commission of the Republic of Azerbaijan and print information about payment for the provision of airtime and space in the allocation basis, conditions and amount not later than 30 days after publication of the decision on the appointment of elections.
